1. How were the User Council members chosen?
PalmSource initially selected ten people from the user community who had shown a consistently high level of passion and energy for the platform and its users to start up the Palm OS User Council.
2. Are Palm OS User Council members employees of PalmSource, Inc. or Palm OS Licensees?
None of the User Council members are employees of PalmSource, Inc. or any of the Palm OS Licensees. We are all volunteers donating our time and energy to help PalmSource and the Licensees to improve the Palm OS and bring better Palm Powered devices to market.
3. How can I join the User Council?
The User Council has no plans to expand its roster for the near future. If expansion is considered, we will make an announcement at that time.
4. I have a question about my Palm OS handheld — can you help?
The members of the Palm OS User Council help their fellow users through several of the excellent discussion forums listed on our Links page, which are perfect venues for this kind of assistance.
